The blocks to successfully reaching our goals have little to do with our professional abilities. Our struggles do not originate from a lack of intelligence or education. What blocks our progress are our personal behaviors, beliefs, and fears. Personal coaching is an effective tool to examine each of these areas and discover what hidden thoughts are stopping us. One-on-one, or in groups, clients learn how their personal self is hindering their professional success, and they master tools to make the necessary changes for success.

Coaching helps move clients move from:

The Coaching Process:

All private coaching takes place by phone with your coach taking notes for your session summary following each week’s appointment. Sessions last between 45-50 minutes. The client’s job is to be present, prepared, open, and undistracted.

Each session includes:

  • a check-in conversation to see where the client is at that particular moment
  • a short introductory exercise to settle the client and shift the focus to themselves
  • a guided visualization process (where the bulk of the discoveries take place) to lead the client from their head to their intuition
  • an action step (determined by the client) and homework (assigned by the coach) to be completed prior to the next session
  • a brief review of the session to wrap up

Donna’s weekly support includes:

  • preparation , content, and planning for the phone session
  • the 45-50 minute coaching session
  • typed notes emailed to the client within 24 hours of the session
  • review and feedback of email check-ins submitted by the client
  • phone and/or email support as required to support continued movement and progress for the client
